Keith Fludder started making knives in 1989 and since then has spent years developing and honing his craft.
In 2014 he achieved Journeyman Smith status from the American Bladesmith Society meeting their standards for design, construction, balance and symmetry.
Keith views his knives as works of art and puts his heart, soul and sweat into making them, but his knives also have to be functional – the design and materials chosen must fit the purpose of the end product.
Keith has been sharing his knife making knowledge with courses at his Southern Highlands Forge is passionate about exploring the patterns of damascus steel.
